Sales: We offer competitive commission based pay plans with mentor assisted, paid training. Individuals must be trustworthy, professional, reliable and forward thinking. Must possess the true desire to listen, understand and respect all customers. The following is a brief description of basic job duties:
- Creating and maintaining excellent customer relations to all customers and prospects;
- Articulate, accurate and courteous communication with customers and prospects including phone, internet and face-to-face;
- Prompt handling and follow up on all internet and phone inquiries;
- Maintain superior product and inventory knowledge for addressing customers' needs;
- Addressing questions and concerns of customers in the utmost professional manner;
- Work as a part of the sales team.
Maintenance Person: We are looking for a flexible handyman/maintenance person to manage our one location facilities. We are a Land Rover Jaguar and Volvo dealership that must be maintained professionally at all times. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Basic knowledge of building maintenance principles, including standard practices and methods of electrical power usage, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting and HVAC. Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drill and saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders, etc. Ability to read and follow directions for tools, assembly of furniture or other directions needed to complete assigned tasks.
Car Wash Lead: We are looking for an experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations related to our car washers and lot management. We service and sell vehicles all day long. Our luxury vehicles must be maintained and presented in an excellent and expedited way daily. This is a huge task given we are a multi-franchise city dealership. Excellence in customer service is what we strive for. Ideal candidate will have management experience in delivering customer service. Automotive experience preferred but not required. More important is leadership, character, professionalism and strive for excellence. Must have a flexible work schedule to work days, evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Volvo/JLR Technician: We are in need of a highly skilled Volvo tech to join our service team and hit the ground running. The individual must be dependable, reliable and willing to work.
